Fixing this might also be related to the defect where kiosk mode for win32 apps in W11 doesn't work yet but was fine in W10.

Seems to be an Explorer.exe issue also.

From reading the thread it may have something to do with too many Explorer instances or tabs.

Yes, apparently HN corrupted it, because the link does a redirection if you accesss it with empty cookies. Thanks for letting me know.
