I applaud their initiative and this mighty engineering feat! Simultaneously, I view that underground cavern with existential dread. I crypt a mile deep through the earth, hewn out of solid rock, millennia kept beyond the view of any mortal being, it's the thing of horror movies. My respect for anyone who could go down there to do all that. I would rather die.
