We haven't validated the idea with strangers yet. Just with favorable audiences that could potentially use the product.

    Get it into the real world, your thinking doesn’t matter, only customers. 

This is what I'm asking for advice on how to do. Right now, as in any hobby, my thinking and what I want are all that matter. How do I slowly let go of my pet project and let it evolve more naturally, subject to the desires of customers and ideas of new devs?
