Interesting, those colors are pretty similar to my custom VS2010 theme: http://i.imgur.com/bLOxQ.png

Although in VS2010 as far as I know you can't change the colors of the explorer menus and such, but it appears in those new screenshots that you can in VS2012.

Not sure what you meant by the "Explorer menus and such" But the chrome is theme-able.
