It seems like Meta realized their big Metaverse VR bet is a flop so they are desperately grasping at AI straws now.

Apple’s AI is no good though. Siri’s notoriously a piece of shit…

Perhaps this is more a move about hiring disillusioned talent who want to work on AI at Apple, but are never given the opportunity because liquid glass and Craig Federighi.

Siri has access to sooo much on my phone though. It’s going to be way easier to improve Siri than to create an iPhone replacement.
