What is the hardware cost?

I can't watch the video now, I will later this week....but I'm curious about the hardware cost.

Both MVP aka min spec required to fiction and say a more beefy setup....what does the cost of that look like.

In the video he says the Full-Duplex SDR (Nuand bladeRF X40) hardware can be quite expensive. But he found one on ebay for $270.
