I run a local community VBulletin forum and I use IPDeny to moderate users who register from outside of the US. For years I've used http://www.ipdeny.com/ipblocks/ with the corresponding vb hack. For a while now, the IP address files are 0 byte though. I'm assuming there's nothing to be updated again - they won't answer "contact us" emails either.

Anyone using something else?
