Would be a shame since SNI appeared in browsers ~2007. IE 6 is hardly worth wasting the Internet's last IPv4 space on.

It's needed for Windows XP users regardless of IE version. Whether you care about Windows XP users or not is another question..

Except... WinXP does not support SNI, so even the latest browsers on XP still fail
