Right, my mistake. In my native language "insect" is common name for any bug.

"Some arthropods are delicious" then.

But that's too wide: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malacostraca (shrimp, crabs, lobster!)

"Insect" is acceptable for those willing to be a little loose for the sake of this sort of discussion. "Bug" is better.
